I’m Victor Del Bene

I have been in the entertainment space for over 10 years. And I have always enjoyed being on the client side for the interaction, partnering with them to understand their needs & the delivering results for them to be successful. B/c if they are successful, we are successful and that relationship can continue to grow.

I currently lead the Showcase team at Deluxe in the areas of client engagement, content operations, product development, project management & support on the For Your Consideration web and application platforms. We transcode and host the content that gets voted on for various awards such as the Emmy’s & Screen Actors Guild (SAG). Partners/Clients include Amazon, Apple, HBO Max, & Netflix.

Below is my most recent experience at the current company and previous companies that I have worked at.

2018 – Present

Leading the content operations, development (Web & Apps), & support teams with our innovative Showcase platform used by some of the largest streaming partners in the entertainment industry.

2016 – 2018

Managed the application functionality, enhancement activities, and reporting on various platforms such as Set-top box games, Mobile app experiences, and NextGen Analytics across the portfolio for Marketing, Product, Accounts throughout all phases of the development lifecycle using Agile Methodology with Scrum.

2014 – 2015

Managed the daily activities of scrum teams & iOS and Android mobile game development projects by conducting daily scrum meetings, assigning Sprint activities, and monitoring the team’s velocity to ensure quality, scope, and time parameters are met.

2013 – 2014

Lead Producer on the design and development of a large scale iOS and Android itineraries and places discovery app based on the Esquire Network shows

2012 – 2013

Managed various mobile web, mobile games, and mobile / tablet application projects for large entertainment clients with budgets over $1MM in an Agile development environment using Scrum.
